日本を代表する伝統文化といえば“茶道”
敷居が高い、難しそうと思っている人も多いのでは？
茶道の魅力は、茶室という非日常の空間で点（た）てられたお茶を味わいながら、無駄のない美しい所作を身に付けられること。また、掛け軸や花などの茶室を彩る装飾品、お客様にふるまう料理やお菓子などを通して、日本の季節を楽しめることです。それらは自分の心を整えることや、一日一日を楽しむ心を身につけることにも繋がります。

体験レッスンの流れ
初めてでも気軽に楽しめる茶道体験で、禅の心を習得しましょう。
茶道といえば、「表千家（おもてせんけ）」「裏千家（うらせんけ）」「武者小路千家（むしゃのこうじせんけ）」など流派によって作法が異なるイメージがありますが、一日限りの茶道体験であれば、流派のことはあまり気にせず、茶の湯の世界に気軽に触れることができます。
